Why are my points pending?Updated a year ago

The points system is an excellent way to reward our customers and provide them with additional discounts on their purchases. However, you may wonder why your accumulated points are not immediately available. We clarify here the process of activating points and the reasons for their pending status.

Generally, points earned from a purchase take approximately 30 days to be activated. This timeframe allows for the verification and processing of the transaction, ensuring proper point attribution.

As for birthday points, being a special reward, they require a 14-day activation period. This measure ensures that birthday points are ready to be used in a timely manner.

If, after these periods, your accumulated points remain pending, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service. They will be delighted to review and resolve any issues you may encounter during the activation of your points.
