At Velites, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you need to return your order, we are here to assist you. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.
Our policy remains the same whether you want a size exchange or a product refund.
Before proceeding with the return of your order, make sure to meet the following conditions:
- The merchandise must be complete: both the product and all its accessories must be returned.
- The product and its accessories must be in their original packaging, which should not be damaged in any way.
- The merchandise must be in perfect condition, without having been washed or used.
- The purchase date must not exceed 30 days (except for pre-sale products).
- The order must have been made exclusively through our store.
- Returns of personalized and/or clearance products will not be accepted.
Our warehouse team will carefully inspect the condition of each returned product. The exchange of size or refund will be processed once our team has approved the returned products.
Unfortunately, if the product does not meet our requirements, we will be unable to proceed with your request for a size exchange or refund. Please note that we do not refund return shipping costs under any circumstances.
If your return is rejected, you have the option to request reshipment of your product. However, please be aware that the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.
Here are the detailed return costs. If your order reaches the minimum required value, we offer free returns:
- France: €11.90, free if your order exceeds €80
- European Union: €11.90, free if your order exceeds €80
- Switzerland: €14.90, free if your order exceeds €80
- United Kingdom: returns are free.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, there will be no need to pay shipping fees again.
If you reside in the UK and would like to exchange for a different size, kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with receiving the desired replacement product.
