Which hand grip model to choose?Updated a year ago

Understanding the specifications of each hand grip model can be challenging, which is why we are here to help you choose the model that best suits your needs.

Hand Grips No Chalk Quad Ultra:

Designed to be used without chalk, these hand grips provide excellent grip when both the bar and the athlete's hands are free of chalk. They are recommended for use with smooth bars, but can also be used with rings and kettlebells. The thickness of this model is 2.9 mm.

Quad Pro Hand Grips:

Designed to be used with magnesium, these hand grips are flexible and, therefore, more comfortable for gymnastic exercises. The idea is to offer athletes different alternatives for situations where there is a significant amount of magnesium, such as in gyms or competitions. The thickness of this model is 2.9 mm.

Suitable for any type of surface (bars, rings, kettlebells, rowing, etc.). It is recommended to use Quad Pro hand grips with rough bars and for athletes of all levels, preferably with a weight below 90 kg.

Quad Carbon Hand Grips:

Quad Carbon hand grips are designed to be used with magnesium and feature a stiffer and more resistant material than the Quad Pro model. They are ideal for rough bars, just like the Quad Pro model. The thickness of this model is 2.9 mm.

All Terrain Hand Grips:

This model is the most versatile and can be used on any surface, whether it's smooth bars without magnesium or rough bars with or without magnesium, making them perfect for both rough and smooth bars. With a thickness of 2.1 mm, they are ideal for rings, bars, kettlebells, and rowing. They are designed to support athletes of all levels and weight categories.
