All our products come with a 3-year warranty.
It's important to note that this warranty is limited, covering manufacturing defects for a period of three years after purchase, provided that the product is authentic and from an authorized dealer.
In essence, if the parts or mechanisms of the product fail to function correctly due to a defect on our part, we commit to repairing or replacing the product free of charge. However, our warranty does not cover intentionally caused damages, such as water damage, normal wear and tear, accidental damages, scratches, strap deterioration, or fabric wear.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
If your purchase was made on our website, the order number is sufficient. Otherwise, if you purchased our products from another authorized dealer or retail outlet, please contact them directly, as they manage their own claims, return, and exchange procedures.
